The Warren Assessor's Office is open Wednesdays from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon. 
 
Tax Maps, Field Cards and Sales Files are also available during Town Clerk hours:
Mondays and Fridays 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
Wednesdays and Thursdays 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
 
 
 
Current Assessments are based on the 2007 Grand List Revaluation.
 
Mill Rate FY 2008/2009 is 12.00
Mill Rate FY 2009/2010 is 12.00
Mill Rate FY 2010/2011 is 12.25

    Filing Period: Feb 1-May 15.
Maximum Income for 2009: Married-$39,500, Single-$32,300.
   
Renters Relief
    Filing Period: May 15-Sept. 15
Maximum Income for 2009: Married-$39,500, Single-$32,300.
 
 Additional Veteran's Exemption for Qualifying Income
    Filing Deadline: October 1.
Maximum Income for 2009: Married-$39,500, Single-$32,300.
 
100% V.A. determined Disabled Veterans
    Maximum income for 2009 - married: 21,000   single: 18,000
    adjusted gross income only; Social Security income is not considered
